26 Gazing Out Over the Pacific and Katsurahama with Ryoma
A bow-shaped coast between Cape Ryuzu and Cape Ryuo with white sand and green pine shores dotted with colorful stones, creating a stunning harmony with the azure sea. On the hill stands a statue of Ryoma Sakamoto gazing out over the Pacific, while on the shore is a monument to Keigetsu Omachi, a modern Japanese poet and Kochi native. Katsurahama Park is currently under redevelopment to make Katsurahama even more appealing.
