40 Cruise Unexplored Seas: Cape Ashizuri Rock Art Carved by the Kuroshio Current
Take in spectacular views of Cape Ashizuri, the symbol of Ashizuri-Uwakai National Park, not from a conventional observatory, but from the sea. There is an enormous sea cave just below the light house that connects to Kongofukuji Temple, the 38th stop along the Shikoku Pilgrimage. Listen to commentary from the captain as you experience the power of nature created by uplifts and the rough waves of the Kuroshio Current.
