Summary of National Highway Route 33
This road is an arterial road with a total length of 118.5 kilometers. It runs from Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture to Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture.We oversee the management and maintenance of the Kochi prefectural stretch, measuring 59.1km. The primary improvement to national highway route 33 has been completed in 1967. We are going on Kochi nishi bypass, Asahi-machi project for improving roadside environment, Ochi road and Tachibana disaster prevention project.
